Product Description
LT high speed centrifugal spray drying equipment is a kind of
drying process equipment. It can make the materials of solution,
emulsion, suspension and paste liquid into dry powder, fine and
medium particle products through spray drying. It has fast drying
speed, high efficiency, few processes, and saves manpower.

Features and Benefits
* Fast drying speed. When the material is atomized by the
centrifugal atomizing disc, the surface area is greatly increased.
In the high-temperature airflow, 95-98% of the water can be
evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds.
* The co-current spray drying method can make the droplets flow in
the same direction as the hot air. Although the temperature of the
hot air is high, because the hot air enters the drying chamber and
immediately contacts the spray droplets, the indoor temperature
drops sharply, so that the drying material is not overheated. , so
it is also suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
* Wide range of use. According to the characteristics of the
material, it can be dried with hot air or molded with cold air. A
large number of products with very different characteristics can be
produced by this drying equipment. The commonly used types include:
biological fermentation, biological extraction, Chinese and Western
medicines, polymers and resins, dyes, colors, ceramic materials,
electronic materials , glass, rust remover, insecticides,
carbohydrates, dairy and egg products, tannic acid, non-staple food
in slaughterhouses, blood and fish products, detergents and
surfactants, fertilizers, organic compounds class, inorganic
compounds class.
* Since the drying process is completed in an instant, the
particles of the product can basically keep the spherical shape of
droplets, and the product has good dispersibility, fluidity and
solubility.
* The production process is simplified and the operation is
convenient. Spray drying is usually used for special materials with
solid content of 10~70% and good fluidity, even if the moisture
content is as high as 90%, it can be dried into powder products at
one time. After most of the materials are spray-dried to collect
finished products, there is no need for secondary drying, crushing
and screening, which not only simplifies the production process,
but also reduces the production process and ensures the purity of
the finished product. The particle size, bulk density and water
content of the product are within a certain range and can be
adjusted by changing the operating conditions, and the sequence of
production, management and operation is convenient.
* In order to prevent the material from being polluted and prolong
the life of the equipment, all parts in contact with the material
are made of SUS304 stainless steel on-off device.
